Choose a canon point, any canon point! Even from AAI2, why not.	7-8 years later, AJ/DD era. Prosecutor who studied under Miles Edgeworth. Still hyper and makes thief jokes. Still the Yatagarasu.

Lived with Edgeworth and Stitch. Recruited Ema, Trucy and Maya into the Yatagarasu. 19 years old. Had college plans.	Can command and talk to crows, replicate voices and sounds perfectly, and use Charter Magic. Juror for Teen Court.

...Anyway, I had to concentrate really hard on pushing away your words and on doing what I wanted instead of what you wanted. I had to give it all I had, and when I was finally free...it felt good to be free of it.

[truthsnomiracle]

[Edgeworth continues to write. Once he's recorded Kay's latest statement...]

And yet, at one point, you screamed. (To think that I was responsible...)

Of course I only felt better after that!

[She lets go of the desk and folds her arms across her chest with a vengeance.]

[truthsnomiracle]

[Edgeworth clears his throat and looks from Kay back to his organizer.]

Anyway, is there anything more to be said concerning your ultimate success?

[yatagarasu]

It was pretty exhausting. Worse than taking a big final exam. Like I said, it felt good to be free of it.

[truthsnomiracle]

[Scribble scribble.]

And what do you wish to do now?

(Best to verify that she did, in fact, "win" and isn't merely confused.)

[yatagarasu]

[She blinks, staring at him.]

Huh? You're asking me what to do next? [Usually it's Edgeworth who leads these investigations, not the other way around.]

[truthsnomiracle]

Make no mistake — I'm not asking you for guidance concerning the investigation. I simply wish to know your desires at this moment.

[yatagarasu]

Darn, I thought I could finally steer the investigation...

[She says that partly in jest...only partly.]

But you know what I want to do...to find the truth!

[truthsnomiracle]

[Edgeworth takes a moment to record that, but it still doesn't quite answer his real question...]

I would have been shocked if that much changed. After all, both your idea of how best to address the matter of how best to deal with the desks and my own are paths toward the truth, and parallel ones at that.

[yatagarasu]

And that's why I'm your assistant! [She puts her hands on her hips, puffs up her chest, and draws herself up to full height proudly.]

[truthsnomiracle]

Nevertheless, I'd like to verify what form you'd like that assistance to take at the moment. (Getting her to actually state her views concerning the desks seems to be like pulling teeth. How am I supposed to verify her own success like this?)

[yatagarasu]

What form - ohhh!

[Kay snaps her fingers, and laughs.]

Duh, we gotta break into the desk drawers!

[truthsnomiracle]

[Edgeworth sighs in relief with a near-smile.]

Then it seems that you do still know rabbit season from duck season after all. Under the circumstances, I suppose allowing you to have your way on this point is only fair restitution.

[yatagarasu]

You gotta admit, it saves us the time we'd use looking for the keys!

[It's rabbit season.

Kay eagerly begins digging through her bag and finds a lock pick in no time at all.]

No lock is safe from the Yatagarasu! [And there she goes, eagerly sticking the lock pick into the first drawer she sees (which can be any locked drawer, really).]

[truthsnomiracle]

[The locks on these drawers don't seem to be all that difficult, if the one on the left-hand top drawer of the second desk is any indication. Once it pops open, inside Kay will find a drawer organizer with a number of tiny, clean, empty containers neatly sorted within it.

And this seems to grab Edgeworth's attention.]

Kay. Don't some of those containers look familiar to you?

[Specifically the bunch of plastic, two-centimeter-long vials with removable blue flip-tops. Which happen to all be dead ringers for another, crucial piece of evidence from well before this stage of the investigation... namely, the vial that held the poison.]

[yatagarasu]

[Kay herself is surprised when the first lock she opens clicks audibly after just a few wiggles of the lock pick. After she pulls out the drawer, she gasps, letting go of the handle abruptly as if it were on fire.]

They're...t-they look like the vial that had the poison!

[truthsnomiracle]

Precisely. Mere uncommon containers alone are circumstantial evidence, but this is a promising start. If we're fortunate, we'll find something more clearly incriminating as we continue our search.

[yatagarasu]

[Kay hurriedly keeps her lockpick and brings out her camera, snapping a photo of the containers in the drawer.]

You mean...like the actual poison?

[truthsnomiracle]

[While Edgeworth notes their existence in his organizer before taking out a tiny plastic bag — one about the size of a snack-sized bag cut in half from top to bottom.]

That would be the most decisive possibility, yes. Of course, even then, we might yet be taken by surprise in some way. After all, cases do occur in which someone with a motive is incited to take action when they would not have otherwise.

[yatagarasu]

[She stashes her camera back into her bag and draws out the lock pick again.]

Should I get started on the next drawer?

[truthsnomiracle]

[Edgeworth produces a pair of tweezers from his left pants pocket and uses it to place three of the containers into the tiny plastic bag he pulled out.]

Of course.

[The other locked drawer of the second desk contains many folded-over, metallic-looking plastic bags of the sort used to store unprotected electronic components, all different sizes and clearly holding various things.]

[yatagarasu]

[Kay quickly slides the lock pick neatly into the keyhole of the next drawer, and it takes some time and a bit of maneuvering to loosen this lock. But eventually she is opening this drawer again, and peering inside with interest.

Yet again the lock pick is swapped for the camera, and Kay snaps another photo.]

Look at this stuff, isn't it neat? It's like a collection that's complete!

Alas, I could not think of a natural-sounding tag that played off the lyrics further.
