Even if we did verify what this is and whether it looks as though it would work on paper, it would then be necessary to prove that it does in fact work as intended. It would then become necessary to determine the extent of what it can cause a person to do. To act as the guinea pig for such an endeavor is... a great deal to ask of anyone.
